Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change!
7+ days before class: Full refund minus a 20% cancellation fee to cover prep costs.
Less than 7 days before class: Sorry, no refunds. By this time, supplies have already been prepared for enrolled students.
Absence Policy
Missed classes can’t be made up or refunded. Each session is planned with limited space and individualized materials.
Weather closures: Classes canceled due to weather or other unforeseen events are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to offer a creative video option.
Registration Policy
Payment is due at registration to secure your child’s spot.
Class sizes are small to ensure personal attention—register early to save your seat!
Behavior & Safety Policy
We strive to keep our studio a welcoming, creative space. Students are expected to:
Be kind and respectful
Use materials safely
Follow directions from the instructor
If a behavior concern arises, parents will be notified promptly to pick up their child and no refund will be issued.
Drop-off & Pick-up Policy
Please arrive on time for both drop-off and pick-up.
Students must be signed in and out by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult listed on your child’s form.
The studio cannot be responsible for children outside of class time.
Artwork & Photography Policy
We love celebrating our students’ creativity! Photos of artwork or studio activities may appear on our website or social media.
If you’d prefer your child not be included, please let us know during registration.
Supplies & Materials
All materials are included unless otherwise noted. We use high-quality, age-appropriate supplies for every project—just bring your imagination!
